All products sold by Zidhra Fashions are custom-made and prepared according to customer requirements. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.
In the event that a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

 

Important Conditions:

•The unboxing video must start before opening the package and clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the entire unpacking process without any cuts or edits.
•Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

•Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

•Customers must send the unboxing video and order details to our WhatsApp support number for review.

•After verification, Zidhra Fashions will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or other support at our discretion.
